This may not work.  Warpin.exe needs to be able to find the runtime DLL. 
It's best to run WarpIN from the desktop object or with the current
directory set to the warpin directory.

Some versions of eCS installed WarpIN incorrectly and put warpin.exe in
the PATH and the runtime DLL in LIBPATH.  This caused WarpIN upgrades to
crash and burn.  Chuck implemented fixes for this in eCSMT.
