As others have noted, this means you already had the app installed.

What the others have told you is not the full truth.  You have a couple of
options.

You can, of course, uninstall the old version.

If you want to keep the old version around or you can not uninstall it for
some reason, you can delete the WarpIN database entry.  This will allow
you install the new version where ever you want.

If you do this, the old version may or many not continue to work.  This is
application dependent.  In addition, you will not be able to use WarpIN to
uninstall the old version either, but this should be obvious.
