[Discussion] Removing WPS associations

To view or modify .cmd files, I associate them with a viewer and or
editor. I noticed that a particular command file from FM/2 utilities
somehow came to be associated with inappropriate applications. Dunno
how. And, it  will not pick up the associations I assign to all .cmd
files with assoedit.exe (Of course I can still drag the object to an
editor or viewer.)

What is a simple way, tool, aplet, whatever to find and modify the WPS
associations of a particular file?
