[Discussion] USB to Female Parrallel Cable

I may have been premature in endorsing this solution. At the time, I 
tested the print function by printing off a Relish calendar.
Since then i have tried to print a number of email, and text documents. 
I only get gibberish.
With my previous PC, I usually had to unplug the printer when switching 
from Windows to OS2 but not OS2 to Windows.
I think I need to send some printer reset codes with each job, but 
cannot find any place where such control codes can be defined.

Any ideas out there?
