I don't use timekeeper/2, I use time868. I noticed not too long
ago that it stopped working. The reason is I had it set to NIST,
Boulder and this spring they stopped serving RFC868 time to port 37
and now only serve up NTP time protocol. I had to find another
server to work w/ time868.

So if timekeeper/2 is using RFC868 protocol to process time
requests and you are using the National Bureau of Standards in
Boulder then this may be your problem. I'm now using
utcnist.colorado.edu which is at 128.138.140.44 and everything is
happily living within 1 second of each other.
