15 5,11,17,23 * * * OS2 BG WIND- d:\nistime2\nistime2.cmd -D -s

This line from cron2.dat runs nistime2 at 15 minutes past each of four
hours of the day.  I think that the nistime2.cmd is the one that comes
with the program.
