Search Hobbes for cron2, and you'll find cron2141.zip.  If you still can't
find it, I can email it to you.

They are one-shot deals.  With cron2, you can make them run that one-shot
automatically as often as you like.  I think that every six hours is quite
enough, but if you're a real fanatic about your computer clock's accuracy,
you could do it every 15 minutes.
