[Discussion] TimeKeeper/2 not keeping time

May you have a cool day in POSSI land.
Regardless of settings TimeKeeper/2 (TK/2) does not automatically adjust
the clock in my Thinkpad T43.   In about two days the T43 is about
fourteen minutes slow.   I used to keep turning my system on and off, so
the discrepancy was not noticeable.    TK/2 is set to query the time
server every eleven minutes, but it does not.  

There are many 'timers' for OS/2-eCS but I could not find any that was
easy enough to use or work at all.  Any suggestions?
