A Conspiracy Theory... 
 
I've often thought that DST was a way for the government to keep us distracted so we might miss "what they're up to"  :-) 
 
It seems more natural to have a govt. announcement saying that we begin or end "summer hours", after which companies and   
people set a clock alarm and Plant whistle up or back an hour. 
 
I get tired of having to set over 20 clocks twice a year.... the cellphone and PC being two exceptions! 
 
Zulu is a fix and works for me :-)
