Both JunkSpy & TimeKeeper/2 are latest registered versions. I am using
eCS v2 on ThinkPad T43 with MR/2 (also registered).
Junkspy about ten days ago started to retreive massages that were
totally empty, no subject, no sender, no "To". It used to work
correctly for many years. Now, it does not even update itself.
TimeKeeper/2 does not update continuously (set for every ten minutes).
The T43 does not keep accurate time, it is off by approximately ten
minutes in eight hours. Is there a better software to keep a machine
synchronized?
And now for the printer problem (not serious). HP color LaserJet 2550
series. Tree types of input - parallel, USB and network. Parallel works
OK, USB - I never tried, TCP/IP prints OK but the job is proceeded by a
cover page. I print very few if any pages per day, but the "
environmentally conscientious " daughter of my keeps complaining about
it. (She is very young and I am very old.) Can I disable the cover
page printing in the CONFIG.SYS file or any other way? The printer does
not have setup option on the printer itself. As I said earlier, this is
not a printing problem, but environment issue.
