Go to "System Setup" -> "clock" and turn off automatic updates and then replace
your TZ parameter in config.sys with
SET TZ=PST8PDT,3,2,0,7200,11,1,0,7200,3600
if you are in the Pacific Time Zone.  The parameters 2-10 are correct for the
US in all time zones except for those places that do not use daylight time.  If
you don't turn off automatic updates the TZ will be replaced with last years
dates on your next boot.
