Just for kicks, I inserted my 2 PNY Attache drives (512Mb and 1Gb) into 
my wife's WinXP machine (an IBM Netfinity).  It complained that they 
would run faster on USB 2.0 ports (which the machine does not have), but 
it did recognize both.  It did offer to format the 1Gb drive (it is 
formatted for HPFS), and I opted to pass.  I then re-formatted the drive 
to FAT on eCS and inserted it back in.  Recognized it fine.

FYI, I did have a PNY Attache (256Mb) that just died one day.  Refused 
to work anywhere.
