Bob,
I have a non-negotiable requirement for PL/I! When I was discussing
alternatives to eCS with some friends, one person suggested looking at
WINE on Linux to run the PL/I compiler. Since the compiler is not
particularly new, it was suggested that it should have no problem under
WINE.
If you do try this and it works, PLEASE let me know. I will not have
an opportunity to check it out myself for a while, but this could be a
big help to me if I cannot get the NetLabs people to step up and
support the Ethernet/WiFi/Sound devices on two brand new TPads [T60s].
