But that is a very common occurrence on the internet.

That my be but on 27 Dec 2006 I could send email to possi.org.  On 8 Jan 2007 I
could not send email to possi.org.  Somebody changed the configuration at
possi.org or the system it is running on.  A warning would have been nice.
