Not having any clue about what an 'SPF record' is...

I'm sending this to see if my post goes through, but where do I find
such a record or how would I set one up if I have to?

[To me, 'SPF' is the name of an editor that started on the IBM
mainframe, and has been renamed ISPF.  I still use SPF/PC on OS/2.  I
doubt there any connection with these editors and the above
discussion...]
