[Discussion] Mail Problems, etc. Continued

I think I know the problem with my mail, but don't have a solution.

A. If I send mail from my dial-up settings (SMTP) the mail goes through.

B. If I go to my ISP's Web Messaging page (where I am now) mail goes out fine.

C. However, when I am at work and connected to the hotel's high-speed
Internet (Road Runner cable), mail sent via PMMail either won't go
through (SMTP setting) or just goes into cyberspace (POP setting).

D. I get mail fine in PMMail when connected to the high-speed line.


This obviously creates a real headache for me since I must go back and forth between two different e-mail programs.
Any thoughts out there?
