It's in my 1.2R install.  I don't know whether that's the first version to
have it, but here it is:

 */
'@MPTS.EXE'
mpts_rc = rc

RETURN mpts_rc

LMSYNC.EXE is another tool to assist in network configuration.  I think
that Chuck McKinnis wrote it.  I could email it to you if you need it.
