[Discussion] mpts2.cmd ???

I'm trying to set up OpenVPN client to connect with my university's server.

In the instructions, it says to "... start MPTS2.CMD ..." but if there is such
a thing on this eCS 1.24 box I can't find it.

So can anyone tell me either where it is or what I should do instead?
