The only thing I did different was to use dfsee to delete the XP partition and
then allocate a smaller one for XP and used the recovery procedure to reload
XP.  After that it was install boot manager after XP and start the eCS install.
I also ordered the recovery CDs from IBM so I could get back that disk space.
