Hi Mike,

I'm beginning to think that it's something to do with the display driver (SciTech driver here - which works great on the desktop).

Both EXCEL and ACCESS load and work, however MSPUB (another graphic program) fails the same way.

I've always used EMS=0, and set XMS to max 16M, and DPMI lower than the 64M although I don't know what effect it has - if any.

I just got done setting the video modes from VGA to up to 1600x1200 and still nothing in any of them. I do like the 1280x1024 screen
size though!

Thanks for the input.

Still perplexed...

| It's been a while since I set those up, and Corel 4 never did run properly
| for me. You have to change the Win 16 session properties. Among others,
| I believe that I set DPMI memory to 64 and both EMS and XMS memory to 0.
| Perhaps looking at the rest of them will remind you of what you did to get
| it to work originally.
