It's been a while since I set those up, and Corel 4 never did run properly
for me.  You have to change the Win 16 session properties.  Among others,
I believe that I set DPMI memory to 64 and both EMS and XMS memory to 0. 
Perhaps looking at the rest of them will remind you of what you did to get
it to work originally.
