Personally I don't like these so called special deals and will not buy them. 
For me they cost too much because they include things I will not use and for
which I still have to pay.  Let me pick what I want and only bill me for them.

My son had such a deal with his cable company.  He has gone back to using a
real phone because the cable phone had bad quality and was unreliable.
