[Announce] TextHelper 1.0

I have posted version  1.0 of TextHelper on my web site.

TextHelper is simple editor based on the MultiLineEditor class from
the IBM Open Class Library.  I have added some text manipulation
functions and support for printing on HP Deskjet and Laserjet
printers.

A Dutch language version will be released in February.
